TACKWELL #150 Series
Protective Film for Photo Masks

TACKWELL #150 series products are adhesive sheets. This sheet is constructed from a very thin polyester film that is uniformly coated with special transparent adhesive in a clean room and is particularly suitable for protection of photo-masked surfaces in the printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing process.

Advantages

• - We line up various adhesive sheet types with tape thickness ranging from 6 to 20 ?m. Every tape features excellent thickness accuracy.
• - Both film and adhesive are superior in transparency and will not impair the optical performance of the sheet.
• - All the materials are manufactured in a clean room.
• - The adhesion is properly controlled immediately after the lamination, leading to easy re-sticking.
• - The film surface is treated to avoid adhesion of resist. In addition, #157SD is superior in solvent resistance and can avoid adhesion of resist for a prolonged period.
• - TACKWELL 150 series products have been developed as specialized grades for high-density printed wiring boards. High-precision pattern reproducibility is achieved by using a parallel beam exposure machine.
